Statutory Membership Certificates and conference presentation e-certificates are dispatched digitally via encrypted high-resolution PDF to the recipient's verified email within 3 to 7 working days of fee reconciliation.

2. Physical Awards & Parchments

Physical award plaques, engraved medallions, and gold-embossed parchments are conferred in person during the annual gala banquet at ICBioSET 2026. Awardees unable to attend in person receive their honors via Registered Parcel / Speed Post with consignment tracking numbers provided via SMS/email.

3. Domestic & International Transit

Standard domestic Speed Post transit across the nation takes 4 to 7 business days. International dispatches to foreign Life Members are routed through Air Mail / Registered Courier (10 to 20 business days).
