1. Membership Subscriptions

In accordance with Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860, membership subscriptions represent voluntary contributions toward the society's corpus and research funds. Once a statutory membership number and certificate have been generated, subscription dues are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Bank Transfers

In the event of accidental duplicate wire remittances to the State Bank of India account, the remitter must submit a written refund petition quoting both UTR numbers within 14 calendar days of the transaction. Upon bank reconciliation, surplus funds will be reversed to the source account within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Conference Registrations & Force Majeure

Conference cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to ICBioSET 2026 will receive a 50% refund (less processing charges). Cancellations received within 30 days are non-refundable; however, delegate registration may be transferred to a nominated co-author.
