Applicant details and statutory registration records are gathered solely for compliance with society bylaws and statutory registers. Remittance references are preserved for statutory audits conducted by certified Chartered Accountants.

2. Protection of Financial Credentials

ASLSRI does not store applicant bank account debit/credit PINs or net-banking passwords. All remittances are processed directly via banking channels (State Bank of India) or UPI gateways. Transaction reference slips are retained solely for statutory audits conducted by certified Chartered Accountants.

3. Third-Party Non-Disclosure

Personal phone numbers and private email addresses are never sold, leased, or transmitted to commercial marketing entities. Data is utilized strictly for society circulars, conference dispatches, and merit award notifications.
